Smarter fleet operations & a new driver profile

At the MOQO Summit 2026, more than 80 providers joined the Product Lab and workshops - working through real problems together and writing sticky notes that ended up directly on our engineering backlog. That kind of collaboration is rare and we do not take it for granted. Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave feedback, and pushed us forward. Since the Summit, a lot has shipped — honestly more than we expected ourselves. Here is everything that is now live. 💬 For more details on any feature below: Ask Fin in the Provider Academy — our AI support agent is always available and knows the latest documentation.

Vehicle class bookings — now resilient by default

⚡ Improved  ·  📅 Booking

Three updates that work together

Three connected improvements make vehicle class bookings significantly more resilient — without requiring manual intervention from your team.

Automatic reassignment

When a vehicle assigned to a class booking is delayed by a previous booking, the system automatically reassigns a different vehicle from the same class.

Keep booking when vehicle becomes unavailable

Instead of automatically cancelling a booking when the assigned vehicle becomes unavailable shortly before start, the system can now keep the booking active. Your operations team resolves the conflict — in B2B contexts, customers expect the booking to be kept.

No new bookings under pressure

Class bookings are blocked for time slots where existing bookings are already waiting for a vehicle — preventing the class from accumulating more demand than it can serve.

The benefit

Fewer manual interventions, fewer surprise cancellations, and a more predictable experience for your drivers — especially in corporate and B2B contexts where reliability matters most.

A complete driver profile — now on the web

✨ New  ·  🪪 Driver

Everything drivers need, now on the big screen

The web booking interface now has a proper driver profile with navigation to personal data, payment methods, invoices, driver's license, subscription overview, family sharing, and an administration section including personal data export. A banner and modal guide drivers to complete missing information — reducing onboarding friction without any action from your team.

How it works

Drivers access the new profile via the web booking interface. Profile completion prompts guide them through missing steps automatically.

The benefit

Drivers who prefer to plan ahead and book from a larger screen now have a full-featured experience. Less support overhead for your team, more self-service for your drivers.

Further updates

Internal notes

✨ New  ·  ⚙️ Operations

You can now add internal notes to bookings, vehicles, drivers, and teams directly in the portal — visible only to your team, never to drivers.

Team admin permissions — lock team settings

⚡ Improved  ·  🛠️ Setup

Provider admins can now prevent team admins from changing team settings, driver's license validation configuration, or the operational area — giving you tighter control over your platform configuration.

Cancellation grace period visible in app

✨ New  ·  📅 Booking

When a cancellation grace period is configured, drivers now see a "Free of charge until [time]" label on the cancellation screen — so they know immediately whether they can still cancel without a fee.

Driver's license update — self-service in app

⚡ Improved  ·  🪪 Driver

Drivers can now update their driver's license number directly in the app on iOS, Android, and web — without contacting support.

Invoice section — web profile

⚡ Improved  ·  💳 Payment

Invoices in the new web profile now show refund status, support direct download, link to the related booking, allow toggling email notifications, and include date filters with presets and custom ranges.

Discovery Map — deep links to specific vehicles

⚡ Improved  ·  🪪 Driver  ·  🔌 API

The embedded Discovery Map now supports deep links to a specific vehicle — share or embed a URL that opens directly on that vehicle's details panel.

Auto-lock dialog after vehicle unlock

⚡ Improved  ·  📅 Booking

After unlocking a vehicle with auto-lock enabled, drivers now see a clear dialog explaining the 30-second re-lock — the Vehicle Controls screen has also been redesigned with a cleaner layout and clearer action cards.

Maintenance & Fleet

⚡ Improved  ·  🚗 Fleet

  • Maintenance team admins can now update global maintenance directly in the maintenance schedule view.
  • Vehicle maintenance records now show which user ended the maintenance.
  • Vehicles in the scheduler can now be sorted by parking location.
  • Active bookings no longer show "0.0 km" when no distance data is available yet.
  • Cargo area dimensions are now shown in vehicle specs on the booking screen.

Financial details

  • When a payment is handed to a collections agency, it can no longer be settled by the driver on the platform.
  • Refunds now show their creation date in the booking details.
  • Drivers can now select "low charge/fuel level" as a cancellation reason.
  • The "Pay now" button label has been simplified — paying does not automatically unblock an account.
  • If Stripe requires additional verification, a clear warning now appears in provider settings.

Driver & Operations details

⚡ Improved  ·  🪪 Driver

  • Customer detail view now allows downloading a Master Data Sheet PDF.
  • "Booking created" notification emails now include travel expense number and cost center.
  • Vehicle condition report emails can be turned off per team.
