The MOQO AI Assistant interface is live inside the MOQO platform. Ask which vehicles are out of service, why one is in maintenance, how many open damages it has or which vehicles earned the most last month. Every answer comes with direct links back into your Portal, so you're one click from acting on it.
Ask in plain words, in the language you work in. MOQO AI Assistant reads your live data, shows which sources it used and answers with tables, charts or a live map. You can keep asking, and it stays in context: no need to repeat a plate number you already mentioned.
Start with one question and it often answers with your whole morning. Ask what needs your attention today and you get a briefing: vehicles flagged for low voltage or low fuel, overdue returns with the booking behind them, open cases sorted by age, receivables by reminder stage, unresolved damages, idle vehicles and the onboarding queue.
Work that used to take an afternoon of exports takes one question. More importantly, you see things you weren't looking for: the vehicle standing still long enough to drain its battery, the fill-up that doesn't match the tank level at pickup, the three cars that earned under 200 EUR last month.
AI Assistant runs in your live production environment and reads only your own data. It can't reach another provider's. Everything is hosted in the EU. Chats are kept for 30 days to improve the service and processed in line with our Privacy Policy, and our team reviews the questions it couldn't answer so it gets better at them.

Same data, two ways in. MOQO AI Assistant answers the question you have right now. Our APIs give you the same access programmatically, for anything that runs repeatedly, covers large volumes or needs to land in your own systems.
So we rebuilt our developer documentation from the ground up. It's generated directly from the platform's own API specifications and covers the Graphiti Read API, the Driver API and the Aggregator API.

On September 8 and 9 we hosted our Q3 Product Review, split into separate German and English sessions for the first time after the feedback from the MOQO Summit. We showed digital refuelling with ryd, the expanded Customer Support Engine with Support Instructions, the launch phase of MOQO AI Assistant and the rebuilt developer documentation.
