Versions 5.376–5.385

Operational efficiency & new pricing models

We are kicking off the new year with a focus on streamlining your daily operations and giving you more flexibility in how you price your vehicles. This edition introduces a powerful Vehicle Timeline for complete fleet visibility, a new Tiered Time Tariff pricing model, and an embeddable Vehicle Discovery Map that turns your website into a conversion tool. Complemented by smart operational upgrades for your team and a more self-sufficient app experience for your drivers, you now have all the tools you need to scale your sharing business in 2026. Here is what's new.

The Vehicle Timeline

✨ New  ·  🚗 Fleet

Gain complete visibility into your fleet

Sometimes you need to dig deeper to understand exactly what happened during a booking. We have introduced a powerful new events tab in the vehicle details view.

Unified history

View bookings, maintenance, telemetry updates, and driver logs in one interactive timeline.

One source of truth

No need to switch between dashboards or your telematics provider's system — it is now all centralized within the vehicle section.

Tiered Time Tariff

✨ New  ·  🏷️ Pricing

FROM PRO PLAN

A new flexible pricing model

Maximize revenue with our new flexible pricing model. You can now set up multiple pricing tiers for a single provisioning.

How it works

The system automatically detects the total booking duration and applies the most appropriate rate tier to the entire booking retroactively.

The benefit

Ensure fair, scalable pricing whether a user books for 30 minutes, a day, or two weeks.

Embeddable Vehicle Discovery Map

✨ New  ·  🪪 Driver  ·  🔌 API

Turn your website into a conversion tool

We added a button in the Team Settings (Provider Admin) to configure an embeddable map. Easily display real-time vehicle availability directly on your own website — just like we do at moqo.de/driver.

Improvements for operations

⚡ Improved  ·  ⚙️ Operations

Several improvements help you manage your fleet more efficiently:

  • Smarter Scheduler: blocked time frames now clearly display why a vehicle is unavailable (e.g. bookings from other teams, provisioning restrictions). You can now also apply discount codes when creating private bookings.
  • Fleet Health Monitoring: vehicle details now display 12V battery voltage, and you can filter the vehicle list by voltage level to proactively identify vehicles needing attention.
  • Less clicking: invoices now link directly to related payments, and vice versa.
  • Maintenance: maintenance team admins can now manage provider-wide vehicle maintenance directly in the scheduler.
  • User status: the admin sidebar now displays the "lock status" in user details for quicker troubleshooting.
  • Provisioning: vehicles assigned to a class now visibly show their inherited provisioning settings.
  • Better data analysis: the bookings.csv export now includes total_to_pay_gross and total_to_pay_net.

App experience updates

⚡ Improved  ·  🪪 Driver

We have smoothed out the in-app experience to empower your drivers to do more themselves:

  • Self-service license updates: drivers can update their license number directly in the app (with confirmation that the old validation is invalidated).
  • Smarter validations (Jumio): for KYX validations, we now store the license expiry date and require re-validation once that date passes.
  • Instant invoices: users can download their invoice directly from the booking details page immediately after a trip.
  • Subscription clarity: users with recurring subscriptions can now see exactly when their next payment is due and when renewal occurs.
  • Return time update: if a user selects a return time before the pickup time, the system now automatically adjusts it to ensure a valid booking flow.
  • Damage reporting (carvaloo): drivers now receive push notifications when AI detects new damage, and the 'Skip' button is less prominent to encourage accurate reporting.
