          3 - Create Value

          in Workshops

          Descriptions

The bad news first: fraud will never be eliminated completely. But together we are strong and can exchange views on which processes are effective in everyday work. An exchange to make your measures more impactful.

Are you new to the platform or want to get another overview of the most important tasks in your daily work as a sharing provider? In this workshop we will guide you through the common functions for provider admins, with a trick or two for experienced operators as well.

          Exchange: Damage Management in practice

Damage management is one of the less attractive but still very important tasks. Without structure and concept, it can lead to inefficient resource consumption of personnel and money. We bring operators together so that you can learn from each other's working practices and thus build efficient management.

At MOQO, we want to help our providers continue to grow and scale. The larger the fleet becomes, the more challenges arise for you as a fleet manager. That's why we want to understand what's on your mind as a fleet manager and also create the space for you to share your experiences.

Have you developed a brand strategy and, based on it, an individual service based on a modular platform? Then it is important to offer your users individual support related to your service. On the one hand, we will show you how you can use the Feature Support Bundle to integrate this support directly into the app. On the other hand, you will learn how such individual support can be structured in terms of content and technically mapped.

The tariff editor allows you to tailor prices perfectly to a target group. With the subscription groups feature, you can serve many more target groups at the same time and thus expand your user base immensely. In this workshop you will learn how to set up a subscription group tariff system in order to increase the utilization of your fleet.

Join us in this workshop to explore and exchange about the best practices of marketing strategies in the shared mobility field, including influencer marketing, and learn how to expand your driver base and grow as a shared mobility provider.

In this customer journey workshop we want to have a collaborative session with you to gather your feedback and experience with our product. Together we will take a look on the user journey, identify pain points, and discuss the user's motivations, goals, and frustrations. Let's then identify the most significant problem area and brainstorm potential solutions to create a better experience.

          Instructions
          for optimal use

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced user: With the instructions on how to use the product, you will learn how to ideally use the functions of the platform.

          Exchange
          experiences

Leverage the expertise of your colleagues on the platform. Giving and receiving information helps you improve your processes.

          Help shaping
          your platform

In these workshops, we create and discuss ideas about next steps together and can thus incorporate your needs.
