Academy Owner (Self-Learning Portal/Help Center/Product Communication Portal)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Academy Owner to join our team and take ownership of our self-learning portal, help center, and product communication portal, the MOQO Academy.
The MOQO Academy is a product of the MOQO company, which acts as a complement to the MOQO sharing platform. The MOQO platform is a comprehensive cloud-based software solution for sharing mobility providers and the Academy is the information portal that helps B2B customers learn how to use the sharing platform, stay informed about product updates and get in touch with key account managers and the customer success team. Furthermore, the tool is also used internally to pass on knowledge to other employees.
As Academy Owner, you are responsible for managing the Academy, keeping it running, reviewing articles, establishing quality standards for documentation, finding ways to share knowledge with stakeholders and improving communication processes. In addition, the Academy is to receive a new interface that achieves both business objectives and a high level of usability for the various end users.
This is a working student position with up to 12h/ week.
1. Self-Learning Portal Maintenance:
Take ownership of our self-learning portal, help center, and product communication portal, ensuring they are user-friendly, informative, and up-to-date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing designers to gather information and create comprehensive documentation articles.
Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect new features, changes, and enhancements.
2. Documentation Process Control:
Define and implement documentation standards, guidelines, and processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify documentation needs and prioritize content creation accordingly.
Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligns with the needs of our users.
Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation quality and compliance.
3. User Interface Configuration:
Collaborate with designers and developers to create a new user interface for our academy.
Define and document user interface requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and business goals.
Utilize a configurable template to customize the user interface based on specific requirements and branding guidelines.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user interface and enhance user experience.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, sharing mobility, and related technologies.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Knowledge of documentation best practices and experience in creating technical documentation.
Familiarity with user interface design principles and experience in configuring user interfaces.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in business and/ or communication design.
