you contribute your expertise in the field of mechatronics and vehicle electronics for the installation and error analysis of telematics systems. You are in close contact with telematics providers, customers and partners and support the scaling of the sharing offers. You are part of a young, dynamic team and can help shape the future of mobility.

Your tasks

  • Development and expansion of knowledge about the telematics units used by MOQO
  • Consulting on the selection and use of telematics units
  • Analysis of error reports and development of solutions
  • Personal support for existing customers
  • Recording customer requirements and setting up the platform 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical training, preferably automotive mechatronics engineer/technician
  • Very good German and English skills, other language skills are an advantage
  • Experience and self-confident behavior in dealing with customers
  • Sense of performance and responsibility as well as high commitment
  • Sociability and service orientation as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Organizational skills and enjoyment in solving challenges independently
