As an Innovation and Customer Success Manager

at MOQO you are in close contact with customers and partners and accompany them in achieving their goals with the help of the MOQO platform. As project manager you plan and accompany the introduction of the service. As a consultant you are at your side, explain the functions and possibilities of the platform and set it up according to the customer's requirements. You are part of a young, dynamic team and can help to shape the future of mobility.

Your tasks

  • Project management and control of the development of new sharing projects
  • Personal support for existing customers (international)
  • Recording customer requirements and setting up the platform 
  • Analysis of market environment, performance and improvement potential of your customers
  • Planning and implementation of measures to increase the success of your customers
  • Presentation and support during the introduction of new features 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or 
  • a degree in economics, communication or similar
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Sense of performance and responsibility as well as high commitment
  • sociability and service orientation as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Enjoyment in solving challenges independently
