As Head of Projectmanagement

you will be responsible for the efficient and in time delivery of all of our projects. You will be leading a team of Project Managers and help them to stay focussed, stay within documented processes and deliver the projects. As an interface between customers and CEO, you will also ensure that the scope of the projects is aligned with the company strategy.

Your tasks

Form the interface between corporate strategy and project management
Establish and develop the topic of project management as a core competence together with the CEO
Leads the PMO (Project Management Office)
Performs the overall project prioritization
Manage resource requirements across the project portfolio
Control any changes to project scope or timing
Ensure efficiency improvement and linkage of projects

Your profile

Project management "professional"/routineer
Proven experience in multi-project management (5 years+)
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong implementation and goal-oriented personality
Strong communication skills, especially in internal stakeholder and conflict management
Composure in critical project and company situations
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
